Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Guide Beach Live provides hosted entertainment services for private events, villas, restaurants, bars, wedding groups, family gatherings, kids events, karaoke nights, trivia events, and game-show style experiences.

Because these are scheduled hosting services rather than physical products, this policy explains how booking payments, cancellations, refunds, and event-day balances are handled.

Booking Deposit

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your event date, time, and hosting services. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and Guide Beach has confirmed the event details.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the event before the event begins. The event may not start until the remaining balance has been paid.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your event, please contact Guide Beach as soon as possible at GuideBeachLive@gmail.com or 939-282-4834. Because your deposit reserves a specific date and time that may prevent other bookings, deposits are non-refundable once the event is confirmed. When availability allows, a deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date instead of refunded.

Rescheduling

Guide Beach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your event when possible. Rescheduling depends on availability and may not always be guaranteed. If a new date and time are available, the original deposit may be applied to the rescheduled event.

Weather, Access, and Location Issues

For outdoor or location-based events, the client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable event space. If weather, access, power, parking, venue restrictions, or other location issues affect the event, Guide Beach will work with the client to adjust the plan when possible. If an event cannot proceed due to conditions outside Guide Beach's control, refunds or credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Completed Services

Once an event has started or been completed, payments are generally non-refundable. If there is a concern about the service provided, please contact Guide Beach directly so the issue can be reviewed.
